Our Story
Our roots run deep in mechanical repair. Over multiple generations, our family has served the community with hands-on skill and problem-solving expertise. The founding vision was clear — provide a mobile repair service that matches the speed and reliability today’s industries demand, without sacrificing the quality and craftsmanship that comes from decades of experience.
Today, that vision continues at our Venice, FL shop and through our fully equipped mobile service trucks, where we handle everything from hydraulic hose replacements and cylinder rebuilds to forklift, skid steer, and engine repairs. We’ve grown, but our values have stayed the same: honesty, respect, and doing the job right the first time.
Meet the Team
Thomas “Mike” Harmon, is Brenda's father. He, Michael Frost, David “Billy” Kettler, all worked for MacKinnon Equipment. MacKinnon Equipment was bought out by Briggs Equipment in 2017-2018, which is why we decided to form All Family Mobile Service & Repair, Inc. Brenda is the primary owner and a founding member. Her husband, Michael, My Dad, Mike, and her nephew, Billy were each 10% owners and founding members. Since her dad has retired, it’s just Brenda, Michael, and Billy who hold ownership.

He was one of the original owners. He has since retired. He does come over to the shop and do maintenance around the shop and will tinker around with projects from time to time. He has a lot of old customers who will call to pick his brain. He’s a smart man and has been a mechanic since his early days in the military. The knowledge he has is vast!
Michael “Frosty” Frost- Co-Owner , Founder
Sr. Technician
Michael Frost oversees daily operations, scheduling, and customer service. His experience with forklifts, propane, gas, and electric engines ensures customers get the right solution the first time. He’s the steady hand guiding the team in both shop and field repairs.
David “Billy” Kettler - Co-Owner , Founder
Sr. Technician
With years of hands-on field repair experience, Billy thrives in high-pressure, on-site situations. From emergency hose replacements to troubleshooting hydraulic failures in the middle of a job, Billy is known for getting equipment back online quickly and safely.

Office Manager
Brenda is the friendly voice customers hear when they call. She manages scheduling, invoicing, and communications, ensuring every customer receives prompt attention and clear updates. Her organizational skills keep our service running smoothly.
